Hi AJ and Daniel,

Thanks again for emailing me about the problem and for posting information here. You were the ones that let us know what went wrong.

Fortunately, thanks to your help I believe we now have all our inactive-WP blogs fixed and none of our active users were ever affected at all.

Good luck in your future blogging endeavors!

The same thing happened to me.

I'm still in total shock that this happened.

JD moved very quickly in response to my emails, deleted the spam posts from my blog and restored my login access to my old blog.

I have to deal every day with comment spam. It's malicious and awful and evil. So It's beyond freaky that my entire blog and essentially my identity was handed over to a spammer - that a spammer could write posts on the blog under my name and identity!!!

Again, I'm in total shock that a blog host, even a free blog host, would do this.

BTW, my weblogs.us site is http://blogdiss.weblogs.us
